Yes, Everett Performing Arts Plaza now has it’s official name: Wetmore Theatre Plaza. This summer the City of Everett is putting on an exciting ‘after-work’ concert series at the plaza, a good reason to visit and see for yourself how this space is transforming downtown Everett. The plaza, located at the intersection of Wetmore Avenue and California Street has been very well received and the citizens are putting it to good use. Make sure to see how Linda Beaumont’s mosaics at the curving wall is progressing. She will be working on the wall throughout the summer and as long as the weather permits.
