Elizabeth Baskerville, MLA, MS, Landscape Designer
Elizabeth is a landscape designer with degrees in environmental science, architecture, and landscape architecture. She brings valuable hands-on experience into the design sphere as a former landscape contractor and community garden manager as well as other roles in over ten years environmental justice advocacy work. Her design work is driven by understanding history and bio-cultural diversity as well as practical technical expertise.
As a born-and-raised Seattleite who has grown up in and around Nakano-designed spaces, Elizabeth is honored to bring her passion for the city and its people into her design process, continuing the legacy of “Design for Healthy Communities”.
In her spare time she co-runs the community composting organization Restaurant 2 Garden, and serves as vice-chair for the International Special Review District in Seattle’s historic Chinatown International District.
