The John W. Walstrum Center for Advanced Manufacturing Technology is a new signature, state-of-the-art facility at the main entry to the Clover Park Technical College campus. The building fronts a new plaza next to the existing campus green. A large bioretention garden brings structure to the plaza space and has integrated seat walls for student gatherings. The project extends the campus pedestrian corridor to the west with upgraded landscaping, lighting, seating, and plant selection that tie this new building in with the rest of the campus.
