This five-story mixed-use apartment development in the commercial core of the Wedgewood neighborhood incorporates landscape features such as private outdoor gardens and green walls throughout the site. A green roof garden on the roof-top, featuring fields of grasses and flowering groundcovers, provides an attractive place for building residents to relax. Existing street trees were preserved and additional ones were planted. Plants that flower throughout the year enliven the pedestrian experience on the sidewalks around the building.
