Acme Mixed Use

ACME is a new seven-story mixed use building in the Little Saigon neighborhood of Seattle’s International District. The developer and design team worked closely with community groups and stakeholders, including the Friends of Little Saigon and the Seattle Chinatown International District Preservation and Development Authority (SCIDpda), to develop a contemporary design reflective of this unique neighborhood. The pedestrian market passage will be home to a wide array of Asian-inspired vendors and shop owners. The design team looked to Vietnamese cues when developing the design for the buildings and landscape, with “Wood, Weave, and Greenery” as inspiration.
