Evergreen Manor

Evergreen Recovery Center provides chemical dependency treatment and recovery for individuals affected by alcohol and other drug use.  Evergreen Manor is a new residential, dining and childcare facility which provides their unique program to chemically dependent mothers with children. Women begin their treatment during pregnancy, deliver their babies, and return to treatment without disruption. Mothers with children under age 5 may keep their children with them during their treatment. While they are in treatment sessions, the children attend a daycare program.

The landscape is designed with mothers and their children in mind, so that mothers may heal and receive compassionate care. Amenities include a calm therapeutic garden with colorful perennials and native plants, a children’s area incorporating nature play and active play, a street departure transformed with flowering trees and shrubs, and an edible landscape area for residents to grow and harvest fruits and vegetables.
